The Sea Captain Resort on the Bay is located in the center of the island only 150 yards from Clearwater's beautiful public beach. Our private waterfront provides a panoramic view of Clearwater's Marina and Clearwater Bay. The courtyard is complete with a heated pool, spa, shuffleboard court, picnic tables, and grills. Guests can also fish from our dock or for a nominal fee use one of our boat slips. All rooms feature in-room telephones, cable television, refrigerators and maid service except holidays, while efficiencies and suites also include a fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave. To reach the Sea Captain Resort on the Bay, take State Road (S.R.) 60 to Clearwater Beach. Travel through the new roundabout until you see the signs for south Clearwater Beach.  Go through the stop light and at the next intersection, make a left onto Devon. Policies

 
  • Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover accepted. (sorry, we no longer accept American Express)
  • $100.00 non-refundable deposit required within 10 days of making 1-7 day reservation - Plus $100 (N.R.) for each additional week.
  • Holidays - 3 night minimum at winter rate.
  • Weekends - 2 night minimum at slightly higher rate.
  • $50.00 early departure fee.
  • Cancellation policy-no refund within 30 days of reservation $50 handling fee
    for all cancellations
  • Each additional person over 13 years of age is $10 per day; children under the age of
    13 are free
  • Boat slips - $5.00 per day 20' and under - above 20' $10.00 per day (electricity additional).
  • Discounts: - 10% of total stay if 7 days or more excluding rooms with water view*
  • Discounts - 20% of total stay if 28 days or more excluding rooms with water view*
  • Discounts - No discounts Feb. 1 to April 30.
  • All rooms non-smoking.  Smoking available on patios and grounds.
  • All rates subject to local and state tax.
  • Check-out 11:00 A.M.  Check-in 3:00 P.M.
